上圖為安裝好之后的羅茨風機現場圖，1、指的是羅茨風機的進口消音器，安裝消音器只需用將螺栓進行緊固即可；
2、該處指得是彈性接頭，為了保證設備在運行時的安全性，螺栓緊固即可；
3、該處是出口消音器，注意在安裝時將法蘭處的塑料紙撕掉；
4、該處為三通管，用來連接出口消音器、放空消音器、閘閥；
5、該處為放空消音器，風機在放空時，起到降噪的作用；
6、該處為閘閥，切斷羅茨風機與管道的連接；
注意：在4與6之間，安裝逆止閥，防止氣體回流。1與2之間安裝壓力表與泄壓閥。羅茨風機的整體安裝只需通過緊固螺栓即可完成，無其他復雜程序，在安裝的時候對于消音器的清潔度及儀表的工作性能需要進行檢查，保證各零配件能夠有效工作。

3、轉子應進行動靜平衡校驗。
4、軸與轉子垂直度公差應不大于0.05 mm。
